The main focus of this program is to provide dialysis treatments for any patient who is denied by an in-center facility for treatment. These patients have nowhere to go for dialysis but to go to the hospital Emergency Room to get dialysis treatments, which proved to be costly and unhealthy for ESRD patients.
Many patients desire and need the ability to have their dialysis treatments performed in the home or SNF. However, they cannot perform the necessary self-administered tasks to do so.
