Our People
Freedom at Home Dialysis adheres to the highest standard of ESRD regulation. Our multidisciplinary team meets every month for Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) meetings to discuss our standards for quality of service, outcomes and the internal processes in place to ensure we meet and exceed all regulatory guidelines. We continue to improve our processes with the intent to yield even better services and outcomes. Our goal is to make good quality even better.
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Anitha Byreddy has been a Board Certified Nephrologist since 2007. In 2008, Dr. Byreddy became a Preceptor in Nephrology Fellows Clinic at John Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, The John Hopkins University School of Medicine, Baltimore, Maryland. She is currently in Private Practice as a Nephrologist in Grand Prairie, Texas.
PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR
Lawrence Samson, RN, BSN, MBA is a Dedicated and Compassionate Registered Nurse with 16 years of experience working with long term care and Dialysis patients. He has proven ability in working and collaborating with team members to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care possible.
DIRECTOR OF NURSES
Michelle Deville, RN, BSN is an experience Dialysis Nurse Leader with excellent direct patient care and management skills for over 8 years. She can effectively lead, audit clinical compliance, and supervise a multi-disciplinary team to achieve set goals, and improve care quality and patient experience.
ALTERNATE ADMINISTRATOR
Tanya Griffin, LVN has been a nurse for almost 20 years and worked in the Home Health field for 15 years. She has over 9 years in Healthcare Management and logistics.
COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Niji Stanley is an internal audit/compliance professional with over 20 years of experience in operational, financial, and IT audit processes with diverse types of businesses. As a creative critical thinker and problem solver, he has been particularly effective in building a team, reducing company risks, and increasing efficiency.
RENAL SOCIAL WORKER
Charmaine Sanders Thomas is an LMSW with 2 years of experience as a dialysis social worker. Charmaine combines her extensive experience and resource knowledge to improve our patient’s quality of life. Charmaine is a true example of the social in social work. She uses her communication skills and an amazing personality to connect with each patient to obtain their trust and make each patient feel more like family. Charmaine’s goal is to take the pressure off families, decrease distress levels by being emotionally supportive, and ensure that each patient is provided the resources needed to improve their quality of life.
RENAL DIETICIAN
Carri Bearg is a Registered Licensed Dietitian specializing in Renal Nutrition and is Affiliated with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She has over 20 years of experience, and she is dedicated and passionate about providing the highest level of service to help people reach their nutritional goals.
CHIEF BIOMED
James Eva, is a graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering. He is a biomedical technician with eight (8) years of experience in the field of dialysis. He is experienced in the design, troubleshooting, maintenance, and management of the technical aspects of an in-center, acute, and home dialysis setting/set-up.
