Freedom at Home Dialysis adheres to the highest standard of ESRD regulation. Our multidisciplinary team meets every month for Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) meetings to discuss our standards for quality of service, outcomes and the internal processes in place to ensure we meet and exceed all regulatory guidelines. We continue to improve our processes with the intent to yield even better services and outcomes. Our goal is to make good quality even better.
Director of Nurses
Ethel Leano, RN started her career with Freedom at Home Dialysis this September of 2018. She is a graduate of Covenant School of Nursing, Lubbock, TX. She has been a dialysis nurse since 2012 starting with acute dialysis care with Renal Ventures Care to chronic dialysis care with Davita. Ethel was a Clinical Coordinator/Charge nurse with Davita before joining Freedom at Home Dialysis.
Alternate Director of Nurses
Yoon Adams, RN has been with Freedom at Home Dialysis since 2019 and accepted to become the Alternate Director of Nurses. Before joining Freedom at Home Dialysis, Yoon has extensive experience in the hemodialysis program since 2011. She also has been working as a Nurse Educator and ICU nurse. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015 at Oklahoma Panhandle State University and currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Nursing.
Master Social Worker
Maria Valentich, LMSW recently joined Freedom at Home Dialysis as full-time Social Work. Before joining Freedom at Home Dialysis, Maria has extensive experience in hemodialysis programs both in-center and acute hemodialysis. She has been the Renal Social Work for American Renal Associates for several years.
Dr. Anitha Byreddy has been a Board Certified Nephrologist since 2007. In 2008, Dr. Byreddy became a Preceptor in Nephrology Fellows Clinic at John Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, The John Hopkins University School of Medicine, Baltimore, Maryland. She is currently in Private Practice as a Nephrologist in Grand Prairie, Texas.
