Freedom at Home Dialysis adheres to the highest standard of ESRD regulation. Our multidisciplinary team meets every month for Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) meetings to discuss our standards for quality of service, outcomes and the internal processes in place to ensure we meet and exceed all regulatory guidelines. We continue to improve our processes with the intent to yield even better services and outcomes. Our goal is to make good quality even better.
Tanya joined the Freedom at Home Dialysis team as a Clinical Coordinator in January of 2008. With an extensive background in Medical-Surgical, ICU, and Rehab nursing, Tanya obtained her Associates of Science degree after completing her LVN in 2005. In 2013, Tanya decided to further her knowledge in the field of Administration and completed the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Administrator accreditation. Her hard work and dedication have been well-rewarded as she was promoted as the Administrator of Freedom at Home Dialysis in October of 2013.
Diana Wright, RN started her career with Freedom at Home Dialysis in 2010 and since then has held many positions in the company. Starting as a Quality Assurance Nurse, and Intake Coordinator in January 2012. Promoted to Quality Assurance Director in 2013, she managed the day to day operations regarding the agency’s compliance with state and federal guidelines. She recently transitioned to become the Alternate-Administrator for Freedom at Home Dialysis
Director of Nurses
Rosalie Briones, RN recently joined Freedom at Home Dialysis. Before joining Freedom at Home Dialysis, Rose has extensive experience in hemodialysis program both in-center and acute hemodialysis. She has been the Facility Administrator for US Renal Care, a Nurse Supervisor and also a Nurse Floater for dialysis. She worked for Davita Kidney Care both in the acute and chronic care setting since 2004. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1989 at Emilio Aguinaldo College, Manila Philippines.
Alternate Director of Nurses
Ethel Leano, RN started her career with Freedom at Home Dialysis this September of 2018. She is a graduate of Covenant School of Nursing, Lubbock, TX. She has been a dialysis nurse since 2012 starting with acute dialysis care with Renal Ventures Care to chronic dialysis care with Davita. Ethel was a Clinical Coordinator/Charge nurse with Davita before joining Freedom at Home Dialysis.
Dr. Anitha Byreddy has been a Board Certified Nephrologist since 2007. In 2008, Dr. Byreddy became a Preceptor in Nephrology Fellows Clinic at John Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, The John Hopkins University School of Medicine, Baltimore, Maryland. She is currently in Private Practice as a Nephrologist in Grand Prairie, Texas.
